Jude Krausz
Director of Real Estate Operations, Chicago
Jude graduated with a BA in Sociology from Manchester Metropolitan University. She then enhanced her creative ambition by studying further and gaining a CENTRA qualification in Interior Design and Design Skills & Techniques, also in Manchester.
Prior to University, Jude grew up in London, and on completion of high school she took a gap year which was spent working as a Kibbutz volunteer in Israel and taking an inter-railing trip around Europe – both experiences lead to the development of a very different and uplifting outlook and approach to life.
In 2003 Jude moved to Chicago after having fallen in love with the city on her numerous trips to visit her family who moved to Chicago 3 years prior. For her 1st year in Chicago, Jude worked to build up an Interior Design company almost from scratch with only one partner. Together they were featured in a couple of magazines and were chosen to design the “little boy’s bedroom” at the American Society of Interior Designers Charity Show House of 2004.
Though Jude loved designing, her drive in life motivated the fusion of her established interior designing with real estate. She realized that the two could work well hand in hand together. Since 2003, Jude has built up her business and her social network. She is now thriving as an independent Designer as well as a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker, the largest and most advanced Real Estate company in the Midwest. She has on numerous occasions been accused of knowing this city better than any local, and the honesty and hard work she gives all of her clients has created the reputation that she continues to uphold today.
