Tia comes from a strong background in sales and merchandising for music artists. Having worked with groups such as Green Day, Weezer and Jay-Z, Tia is no stranger to marketing to the 35 and under demographic.

She has always found her niche in marketing yet has always been intrigued with the art of publicity. She loves Urban Hostess for the hands on experience she gets with all facets of the operation.

Tia lives in the Union Square area and admires New York most for its uncanny transient identity that both unifies and segregates the different cultures and ethnicities throughout the city. She loves to travel. Her most valued personality trait is her diligence and she truly cares about helping children.

In her spare time she tutors elementary school children in math. But here at UH she works closely in brining in interns and developing ideas for the future of UH services. Ultimately she hopes to work in the UH publicity department. She foresees her client work as an asset enabling her to more effectively market the Urban Hostess network of services.
